Early Onset Dementia

People who have a diagnosis of early onset often regard themselves as distinct from older people with Dementia. Despite similar symptoms, the context in which they experience the condition creates a range of distinct psychosocial concerns not commonly well addressed by the industry. They typically want to maintain their current lifestyle as closely as possible. We aim to work with residents to manage their presentation, while offering safe environment that supports their needs.

Mid-to-Late Stage Progressive Neurological

Progressive neurological disorders are conditions where there is a progressive deterioration in functioning. Progression may occur gradually over many years or rapidly over weeks and months. These disorders will affect an individual for the rest of their life and may include the need for nursing care and behavioural support for the long-term. Our care in this area aims to provide the support associated with a care home environment, while enabling independent living, in a safe and homely environment.
